WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
Do I need a Canva® account?
Yes.
Most post templates we share are Canva templates. These templates make it easy for you to substitute colors and fonts, and stay on brand. Occasionally, we share other post ideas that don’t require an account., but you do need at least the FREE Canva account to get the most out of your subscription. Sign up HERE and get a free Canva credit to use for premium elements.

Do I need a Canva® PRO account?
No, but we recommend it.
We are using some premium elements, fonts or photos in our templates, but you can always delete or replace them with free ones or your own. HOWEVER, Canva Pro allows you to create a more detailed Brand Kit (brand color palette and fonts) which will save you a lot of time in the long run when editing your templates to match your brand. Sign up HERE and get free Canva credit to use for premium elements if you have a free account. You can always try Canva Pro for free and see if you like it. In our opinion, it is totally worth it for the millions of free images and premium elements, special effects, PLUS being able to use the Brand Kit.

What happens if I mess up the template?
You can’t mess up the template.
If you don’t like your changes, you can always go back to the original link we sent you in the email, and it will take you to the original template. You can also make a copy of it in Canva before you make changes (File > Make a copy). If you can’t find the email with the link anymore, you can email us at hello@balanced-brands.com and we’ll help you get the template back.
What if I need more help? Can you brand my templates for me?
Yes. That’s exactly what the Branded Vault is for. 104 templates branded with your fonts, colors and logo.
How many posts do I get every month?
There are 104 templates all together, so you can post two times per week for an entire year, or four times per week for 6 months or whatever you like.
Can I share my templates?
No.
The templates are our intellectual property and can’t be shared or redistributed. A good rule of thumb is: If you are part of a franchise, but have separate Canva accounts for each location, you should have separate subscriptions.
What kinds of templates are included?
For most posts, you will receive a link to a Canva template that you can then modify. It will include notes on how to customize the template, and a description you can post WITH the image. Sometimes we’ll share a LINK you can post along with a description of what to say about it. No image needed for that. We see Social Stream as an inspiration for you – if it ends up inspiring you to post something else, it still has fulfilled its purpose.

Do a lot of the posts have pictures of people being adjusted? I'm a UC doc and wouldn't really be able to use many if so.
No. We do use photos of doctors adjusting patients occasionally. But you can always exchange them with your own photos of what chiropractic care means in your office.
